3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

- Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
- We currently deliver only within Switzerland.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 200.
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.

4. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

- If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty.
