1. 🚚 Processing Time  
All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.  
Once your order is ready, it is immediately handed over to our delivery partner.

We currently ship throughout Switzerland.

3. 💸 Shipping Fees  
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.  
- Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 150.-

4. 📦 Order Tracking  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number  
This will allow you to track your package in real time.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. 📦 Return Conditions  
To be eligible for a return:  
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.  
- Any item returned damaged or incomplete may be refused or refunded partially.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.

- If approved, your refund will be processed within *5 to 10 business days* via your original payment method.

Once available, it will be automatically shipped — no need to place another order.

Pre-orders must be paid in full at checkout to be confirmed.
If the product is officially canceled by the supplier, you will receive a full refund.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Notification
Your pre-ordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once it’s on the way.

4. 📦 Mixed Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together when all items are available.
If you want in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Pre-orders are non-refundable, unless the product is canceled by the supplier.
